Campaign Goals:
To increase consumer awareness of TD Bank “America’s Most Convenient Bank” amoungst holiday mall shoppers
Execution:
- On-site teams offered free gift wrapping and personal shoppers from our branded modular kiosk
- Brand ambassadors distributed complimentary TD Bank shopping bags at main entrances of malls
- Street teams provided branded umbrellas to consumers at high traffic downtown locations
- Active engagement with targeted consumers to educate on benefits of being a TD bank customer
- All team members were provided a list of branch locations in order to direct new and existing members
- Large branded signage was strategically placed around prime mall areas to create added awareness
ROI:
- Over 2500 gifts were wrapped, and over 20,000 branded bags were distributed over the duration of the program
- Gift wrapping and bag give-aways were conducted on-site in 23 malls throughout select markets.
- TD Bank saw a sharp increase in new checking and savings accounts opened at branches within a 5 mile radius of events
